MNBX
I bought it at "Sora no Eki Sakura-kan" near Narita Airport♪ It is produced by Nabeden, the brewer of Chiba's local sake Niyu. I'm looking forward to the difference from the Nin'yu I'm used to drinking! And it's my favorite Yamahai Junmai!
The aroma is clear and reminiscent of sweetness.
In the mouth, it is full with a sourness and bitterness that is typical of Yamahai, and the spiciness comes through slowly. If you drink it cold, it leaves a moderate aftertaste, and if you drink it cold, it is smooth and crisp.
As the product description says, it is a Yamahai style sake with a firm body. It's the type I like very much! We enjoyed it very much!
