I don't mind the addition of brewing alcohol!
As is the case with My favorite Sake Kenryo. Keitora is a sake I've had my eye on for a long time, so I'm looking forward to it!
The aroma is sweet with a hint of alcohol.
In the mouth, it is smooth and sweet. The flavor, richness, and tangy spiciness spread out immediately, and it finishes cleanly.
It is a dry sake, but this refreshing feeling is the good point of adding brewing alcohol. It is a very good sake for everyday drinking. It has a cool name, and I like it!
Kenryo is rich and dry. Kagetora is crisp, light and dry.
It has the flavor of Junmai sake and the aroma of Junmai Daiginjo.
Sake has a wide range, and I can't stop drinking it!
