MNBXI bought it at my favorite liquor store, Sake no Takatsuya in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It was a bit over my budget, because Furozumi was good at heating up, but Yamahai, Junmai Ginjo, and Yamadanishiki - that's what I'd buy!

The aroma is mild.
In the mouth, the sourness, umami, and bitterness are strong, yet the complex flavors are rich and thick. The spiciness lingers and the feeling of having drunk it is irresistible. It is also addictive to have a faint aroma of fermentation in the nose.
This is delicious! It's a solid, powerful sake! I liked it a lot. There's a lot of Shiga sake to my liking, so I'm looking forward to trying all sorts!
