MNBXA little while ago, I opened a bottle of my favorite Junmai Daiginjo from Drunken Whale as a small token of appreciation for finishing the year 2021! It was a small gift from the end of the year, though.
The aroma has a hint of fruit sweetness.
When you put it in your mouth, the ginjo aroma rises up, the fruit-like sweet and sour taste is thick, and at the same time, the delicious taste of rice spreads on your tongue, and finally, the menthol-like sibilance is pleasant.
It's a nice sake, youthful and thick, but also elegant!
We enjoyed it very much.
