I bought this at Sake no Takatsuya in Tone Town, Kitasoma County, Ibaraki Prefecture. I haven't had Sono-Sangiku since True white, but it was pretty good, so I'm looking forward to this one too!
The aroma is mild but with a hint of ginjo scent.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the fruit and the acidity. The taste is thick with umami as well. There is also a tangy and slightly gassy taste. The aftertaste is crisp and clean, giving it a crisp impression.
It's a delicious, modern sake! Sono-Sangiku is one of the most popular brands of Chiba's local sake, and it is widely recommended.
