It is a promise that when I want to eat sashimi, especially bonito, I want to drink Drunken Whale, but this time I will try Drunken Whale's Hachitan 60.
Can't wait to see the difference between this and the cheaper Tokubetsu Junmai, which has a nice balance of flavor and sharpness!
The aroma is that of rice. The aroma is of rice, more fragrant than the usual Drunk Whale.
In the mouth, there is a slight sourness and bitterness. Bitter impression.
The taste is lightly accompanied by umami, but it quickly disappears.
It is not heavy, yet it is a dry sake with a clear outline.
As usual, Drunken Whale is very cost effective!
It has a firm drinking quality, but it has a good sharpness.
It makes the most of both the sake and the snacks.
Drunk Whale is still delicious!
