notebook Sake brewed with "Hitomebore" from Kogota Agriculture and Forestry High School in Miyagi Prefecture The brewer is Kawatakei Shoten who brews "Koganezawa", a delicious Yamahai sake in the same town 😊. Our eldest and second daughters are also enrolled in the same high school😅. It has a mild sweetness from the rice and a clean, slightly dry taste. It makes me want to drink more and more! Personal rating 7.0/10 points

Hi Ryupapa 😃 I can't believe you are drinking sake🍶 brewed with sake rice🌾 produced in the high school🏫 your daughters attend🥹. That would be a 😋😋 🤗.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛. It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've been slacking off a bit 💦 As you say, it tastes even better when the rice is grown by the kids👍and maybe Miyagi makes a lot of sake from rice.
