Tenmei Bange Hanafubuki Origarami ichibi
This one was good too, but the details...
The label is also stylish. The name "rainbow colors" comes from the use of seven types of yeast.
Gorgeous tartness and sweetness like a Shine Muscat. I like it 🫶.
Mutsu Hassen AOMORI JUICY LAB -Pear
Sorry, this is not sake! LOL!
This is a fruit sake series made by Mutsu Hachisen's Hachinohe Sake Brewery. It has a firm pear taste like a fresh pressed one. It was just the right sake for the last dessert!
Jikin Senbonnishiki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Namaizu
Fresh aroma with a hint of fruitiness.
Sake that is full and beautiful.
Slight and elegant sweetness and umami.
Shinmasa - Junmai-shu Amaneko Sparkling made with white malted rice
Moderately sweet and sour. The carbonation is elegant and beautiful, with a lovely flax cat character.
Raifuku Mellow <Kijoshu>.
Slightly thickened. Sweet and floral and a little sourness, very easy to drink. Refreshingly fresh, very easy to drink, I like it!
Raifuku ~Coconut Mill-kun~ <Raifuku Cognac Barrel Aged
Aged for 8 months in cognac barrels from 30BY sake yeast. It has a thick, sweet and subtle cognac flavor.
Had it with coconut milk oysters and it was a perfect match!
I'm curious because the back of the bottle says plain donuts are a great entrée.
Junmai Daiginjo Otters Bizen
A sake with the same high aroma and taste of Otters, but with a lower alcohol content.
The easy-to-drink Otters is now even easier to drink. You may even think it is water! Yet, the aroma and fruity taste are still there, and it is very delicious!
Fukushima Sake Support Project, Tenmei of "Urusei Yatsura Bottle" drawn by Rumiko Takahashi.
The contents are also an assemblage of Kijoshu and Junmai Daiginjo, inspired by the character of Rum.
It has a gorgeous acidity and fruity taste.
A perfect match with the Gorgonzola mousse!
The label was so cute, but I made the painful mistake of forgetting to take a picture of it. Please google it and check it out.
It is light and easy to drink with a citrusy acidity. It is light and easy to drink with a citrusy acidity. It was a little bit crisp and tasty.
Very well balanced. It is a little light and sweet, but it is a good sake.
The eye-catching label was apparently drawn by the daughter of Tatsuro Yamashita and Mariya Takeuchi.
