I bought another version of Hououmida Junmai Daiginjo 50 Polished because I enjoyed the Hououmida Junmai Daiginjo 50 Polished so much that I drank it before. It has a mellow Aizan-like flavor with a sharp and bitter taste. My favorite degree☆☆☆☆⭐︎

I don't usually buy a four-pack, but I bought it to adjust the price for the raffle. My first Akabu started with a basic junmai sake. I like it for its mellowness and aroma, which is hard to believe it is junmai sake. I want to try Junmai Ginjo next time. My favorite degree: ☆☆☆☆

Since Yokoyama Goju White was not yet in stock, I bought Shikishima Light Nigori, a revived brewery in Handa that I had been curious about for a while. It tasted just as the owner described, sharp and sharp! I thought it would have a strong umami flavor, but it didn't. It had a light bitterness at first, and for some reason it tasted like a wooden vat. Well, I don't dislike it. I did not read the label when I bought it, but what kind of rice is used to make 100% sake brewing rice? I can only wonder if there is something in it that makes it impossible to write "Sake Brewing Rice. 3080 yen

Yokoyama Goju was recommended to me at the store as being in stock today. I didn't buy the black label because I had an image of a super dry sake. But I was attracted by the freshly squeezed, direct-drafted sake, so I bought it. It was completely different from my preconceived image: it was a fruity daiginjo with a thick, sharp finish. I was so pleased with the taste that I even reexamined the label to see if it was a pure sake, and I made the right choice. It is a pity that it is not unfiltered or it does not have the freshly squeezed taste of freshly squeezed sake. Degree of preference: ☆☆☆☆☆
