I remembered this brand name Denshogiku from a sake ranking somewhere.
It is a top-class daiginjo-shu with a very fragrant aroma that is apparent the moment you open the bottle.
The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet, like clean water, even though it is unfiltered raw sake.
As it nears room temperature, the mellow flavor comes out and it is very tasty.
It is a type of sake that I have never had before and I was surprised.
