100% Yamadanishiki from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture I wanted to taste my favorite sake directly from the tank, but I kept it for 2 weeks instead of drinking it immediately. I wanted to taste my favorite sake, but I kept the 1/15 bottle for 2 weeks instead of drinking it right away. It's a pity that it's not so good after 2 weeks of storage. This year's version has more bitterness. Junmai sake 60%. I think it has about +1 sake.
