I was excited to open the bottle for my first sake future.
It was a fruity sugar water, perhaps because of the low alcohol content.
Even though it is a daiginjo, the ginjo aroma is mild.
Freshly squeezed? With this?
I bought it because it was 800 yen off and it was a light nigori (nigori) draft sake.
Yamada-Nishiki has a definite taste. It has a good "shuwa" taste.
This sake was offered at Sakaizendo Horiichi's hanpukai.
Unlike the Ocean99 Nama Sake that was recently sold to the general public due to an erroneous order, this one has a more "shuwa" and "raw" feel to it.
The publicly available nama-shu may have been mislabeled and once-fired....
I'm a first time user of this product, and the aroma is good, but the bitterness and other tastes are what you would call a deep taste. I can't say it tastes very good.
If you try to buy a bottle in Aichi, you can't buy it unless you win a lottery, and you can't choose a type.
The label on the back of the bottle says the brewery's excuse, but I'm sorry that I don't have the taste buds to call this complex flavor delicious.
I wonder if I was a winner or a loser, even though I was able to buy it through the lottery.
The distributor made a mistake in ordering the regular once-hot-brewed sake, but purchased the draft sake for the hanpukai and sold it to regular customers as well.
However, it was not as fresh as the original, and it was still fire-brewed.
I'm looking forward to comparing the two, to see if my senses are wrong.
Sake with a fresh, acidic taste
The label with glasses that looks like something I've seen somewhere is good.
If it's a new sake, I wanted a sense of freshness.
It is flat milled rice so it doesn't say what the milling rate is.
Unclear if micro bubble milling rice has some kind of dirt removing effect like Mirable.
It was unsold at the store and was discounted 500 yen, but it was tasty with a light, asari flavor.
It's been a long time since the lid flew off with such force that it hit the ceiling as soon as the plastic crown head was removed.
I thought it was the first time since Shichibonjari's active sake, but the lid also flew off in Ame-go-Tsuki Orikara-mi.
Kangiku Jukinmu Ama-amau
The Kouko label was based on the design motif of a turtle (shell) and a mouse (child), wasn't it?
I thought it was just a Tomoe mark, and didn't notice it when I was taking the picture until you pointed it out.
First time drinking instrument Masamune
It's been a while since I had a bottle of Honjozo.
I thought it was awfully cheap, but all I saw was the name "Gakki Masamune".
This is my first time in Tenbi.
I heard that the light nigori of spring is called Momoten.
It is a refreshing spring sake with fruitiness, acidity and schwarziness.
Delicious.
This is a champagne-like lid popping off, be careful opening.
Release the pressure a little at a time and take your time to open the bottle.
Piquancy is as strong as too strong cider
My favorite degree: ⭐︎3.8
I remembered this brand name Denshogiku from a sake ranking somewhere.
It is a top-class daiginjo-shu with a very fragrant aroma that is apparent the moment you open the bottle.
The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet, like clean water, even though it is unfiltered raw sake.
As it nears room temperature, the mellow flavor comes out and it is very tasty.
It is a type of sake that I have never had before and I was surprised.
Degree of preference:⭐︎5
This is a direct-from-the-tank bottle, reserved since last year and only available at this time of the year.
It has a slightly bitter taste, the usual chivalrous taste. It does not have the piquancy that I was expecting.
Since the end of the year, I have several bottles lined up that I can't open, so I will only buy Yokoyama Goju Tankoukuchi Naozume from next year.
Degree of preference: ⭐︎3.9
A gift from my mother.
It says it's dry, but I'm not sure what the label on the back says, "Aiming for umami, not sweet or dry.
I've been drinking unfiltered nama sake for a while, so it's dry and watery and lacks a lot of things.
