mayu
Tasted two kinds at Mutoya in Sendai Station.
Left: (1) Gold raw glasses only.
It has a smooth taste with no stickiness and a moderate acidity. More than that, most sake with gold dust in it does not contain that much gold dust, but the amount of gold dust in this one is huge and large! It's gold leaf. Is this a good price?
Right: Hitakami Junmai Ginjo Gin no Iroha Daccha
This is the last production this year due to product review. It is a Junmai Ginjo made from Miyagi ingredients. It has depth, umami, and a sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. You can enjoy this lingering taste for a while.
I'll upload the glasses one for now, but both of them are my mom's favorite taste, and she raved about them! (I prefer junmai ginjo with about +1 nihon-degree)
