Spicy contrary to its dark appearance. A tingling sensation that remains freshly squeezed for a while on the tongue. It's not freshly opened, so it's out of gas, but what's more, this taste in the back. It smells like newspaper that passes through your nose for a moment.

I love active nigori and I love Sanuki olive yeast. So I was sure this one would be a good choice! I thought so, but it was too low. It seems to be popular with the girls, but I wish they would push it a little harder!

A sake store in Tokyo commissioned Kamishin to make an original sparkling wine. I don't know what kind of order it was, but it looks like Mio sparkling. It has good bubbles, but I left it after taking a sip, sorry. I thought Jiameishin is more like an honor student.

A clear bottle that looks as good as this surface tension! The entire bottle is a surface tension! The taste is of the type that makes you salivate from the back of your jaw! Omachi tastes like a ripe papaya. It shines like a yellow diamond. The 13% alcohol content is elegant and refined. Once again, this is the taste of ripe papaya itself. 🏝️

Good morning, mayu 😃! The whole bottle has surface tension ‼️ yummy😁It really is a picture like that 🤗I'm in love with this sparkle✨😍classy and elegant would suit us 😆I'd like to try it!

There are so many bottles that are a waste to throw away 🥲. I want to gently drop 3 grains of Omachi into the surface tension and watch the overflowing brilliance. Adult's play💋.

The curtain ringed on the glass wall. It was that rich and powerful, with a thick breastplate and a full body. It is indeed an unfiltered, raw sake. It tastes like a sake that men in loincloths and naked men with thick, delicious tastes have sweetly seduced you with: .... It is such a taste of sake. (I am writing this very seriously).

Good evening, mayu! Maybe I'm drunk and writing seriously 😁? Oh my god, it's sleeping in the fridge too 😁 I'm looking forward to drinking it again✨.

Miyamanishiki 55 Attack deep umami, then the piri piri of the new sake spread to the back of my throat. I would like to pair it with a meal. The brewing water is from the underground water of the Sako River system. It is medium-hard water. I always think the name of this river is too strong! And when I looked at the back of the label, I saw a dragon!

Good evening! That river name certainly has a strong impact 😆 I'm curious to know what the Sako River system is like! 😆😆

Today's winner! A parade of deliciousness, density, sweetness, and acidity! What the heck, yum! It's not dry! The aftertaste is long and sweet with a handsome acidity that will make you salivate from the back of your jaw. The rice is Omachi from Okayama. I'm going to be a fan of the workmanship of the Wataya yeast. I'm really looking forward to summer cotton! The label is Miyagi's Lake Hanayama Wakasagi Dome. I didn't know such a facility was built in my hometown...

Thank you, Masaaki-san 😆 I am so jealous that Masamune-kun is sleeping at home! I miss him so much I want to see his sleeping face alone again. It's the best just opened 🫰.

Surface tension before dawn! It's a dry tsundere out of habit for such a sparkling stare. I feel that way because I read first that it says on the side of the bottle, "citrusy and dry." It's a preconceived notion, like saying whose moniker it is and then getting laid! I guess it's a food wine, but it seems to transform more depending on the marriage.

I know, right? 〜I like drinks that are aggressively trying to sell the taste of melon, rather than the "melon" type. I like drinks that actively promote the taste of that type of drink, because they are so outspoken (laughs).

Japan Degree 14, I was prepared to drink it as a challenge in my mind, and then what? I was gently hugged. I am not sure what the standard for dryness is. I was told that they are aiming for a "gentle" sake. Taisayaka" means supple, gentle and beautiful. I see. Taisayaka" is exactly what this sake is.

Once a year, the brewery releases the omachi! Sweetness, strength, gentleness, and receptiveness. Everything is right in the middle of the strike. There is nothing peculiar or bitter about it. It is gentle until it leaves the nose. How do you make something like this? The skill of a master, I'm amazed.

Oh, wow! When I took a sip, the aroma of My Mom making amazake was wafting through the air. Koji, who is still a little tense and awkward, gently smiled at me. I love the fruity type, but what strangely calms me down is this one that smells like my mom.

Miyamanishiki 55, my first sake from Chiba, is delicious and a bit impressive! It is juicy, dripping down the throat, and has a beautiful flavor with a hint of blue popo (a fruit). I would rather drink it as a first sip than as a food sake.

The same Yume-no-Ko (dream fragrance) from Ten-ei-mura that was used for the sake entered in the sake competition is used. Thick and fruity aroma. It has a thick, fruity aroma, with a hint of pre-ripe popo (a fruit) that gently wafts through the nose. High transparency, sparkling.

The only brewery in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture. We received this beer from Toride. It is a freshly pressed active nigori made with subsoil water that comes through the sand and gravel layer of the Tone River. Moromi is sinking in the bottle. It has been fermented in the bottle, but the piquancy is weak. It is spicy. The new sake has such a lot of lees, but the corners of the new sake are hard! We don't do much to the sake, we just serve it the way it is. It is the first shibori-shibori that conveys the belief of such a small brewery.... This goes well with shellfish strings. I'm eating grilled shellfish strings from Famima. 67 calories per bag. Aww...

Sake from Shonai, Yamagata. Fire-brewed nigori sake for summer. Dry, smooth and easy to drink. 100% Haenuki. I am a Tohoku woman who thinks that Haenuki, Sasanishiki and Akita Komachi taste better with sake than with white rice. The best white rice is Yamagata's Tsuyahime! Even when cold, it is shiny and very sweet!

A toasting sparkling wine that is highly acclaimed overseas! You might be rude not to have a champagne glass for these silky bubbles. If you like Otter Sparkling, you can't go wrong with this one. The blue color of the bottle is too beautiful.

Drinking comparison. The earlier one is junmai nigori with a slight sparkle. This one is "Arabashiri + Nakadori". It is said to be a light cloudiness that makes the best use of the cloudy state of "arabashiri". It is cloudy but smooth and refreshing! Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki (from Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Ingredients: Rice, rice malt - Junmai Ginjo, Fire-aged yeast: Association No. 901

Active slightly sparkling nigori sake. The slightly sweet mouthfeel is gentle, but the refreshing petitiveness is irresistible. I wondered if this petit-pickle sensation was reminiscent of dragonfly eggs? I thought so, but someone who hates insects got goosebumps when he heard that. I'm sorry. I can drink it with gusto ♡ I can't drink it so fast! Comparing it with the Junmai Ginjo Nigori in the back. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki (from Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 15%.
