Is this Yamahai? My image of Yamahai has completely changed. The sweet aroma of popo (a kind of fruit) flows down my throat smoothly. It tastes different from the so-called Yamahai taste... Is it because this is the brewery? Moreover, the video at the top of the website is a wonderful archive of the process of making delicious sake, and I was convinced that they could make such a sparkling Yamahai. ✏️ Cosmetics that go well with this sake (new suggestion) Yebes Autumn Red Brown Matte Lip 💋"

Good evening, MAYU. Snow Kayasha's Yamahai sounds delicious 😋and the sake/cosmetics pairing is a first for me 🤩I'm extra curious to try it when I hear it's red brown matte😊.

Hirupeko, I am glad you responded to the cosmetic pairing. Pairings other than food are my boom!

No matter how hard I try, I can't capture the label at all because of the reflection in the shiny aluminum sticker 🤣. Local Miyagi Atago no Matsu. It is a pink active nigori, which is quite different from the image of the sake that is often found on the altar at shrines. I took a sip and was even more confused. Strawberry! There are no strawberries in it, but why so many strawberries? It's Joie's Strawberry flavor. Adult Joie 🍓 The one that will raise your stock if you bring it to a girls' party for cherry blossom viewing 🌸 ✏️Fashion to go with this drink Barbie in full body flamboyant pink👱🏼‍♀️💗

Good evening, MAYU. Like Pon-chan, I sympathize with you intensely! This kind of label is cool, but I can't help but worry about photographing it 🌀I would like to know how to photograph it beautifully with a smartphone!

I didn't even get a shot of Pon-chan's (laughs).

Good evening, Hirupeko. I tried to do something about it by holding up something that could be used as a reflector, but all I got was my desperate self in the picture 😂Next time, I'd like to try to get the public's attention by assuming that I'll be in the picture 🤪.

Nigori (nigori) sake made from roughly strained moromi. It has a sharp taste. High-temperature Yamahai-style brewing. The sharp and spicy taste makes you forget how rich it is. The homemade doburoku-like acidity goes well with strong-flavored dishes!

Gorgeous second fermentation sparkling in bottle. It is on my toast list! The sweetness of the koji, the fruity ginjo aroma, and the delightful acidity are all in good balance. The beauty of the nigori and bubbles dancing gently and smoothly in the glass like a haze on the Kaikomagatake mountain range. Lovely expression💓

They made it with Yamanokami yeast, which is different from the usual Kaze no Mori No. 7 yeast. This yeast is very much appreciated. What is Yamanokami Yeast? Yamanokami Yeast is a yeast unique to Nara Prefecture that was isolated from sasa lilies in the spring of 2012 at the sacred grounds of Ojin Shrine, the god of sake, at the foot of Miwasan (Mt. Miwa). Just seeing the bubbles on the glass makes me salivate😍Yeast from the shrine flows into my body. It tastes fresh, light, sweet and green. When I close my eyes, I feel like I'm bathing in a forest 🌿.

I bought it because I wanted to drink bubbles 🥂 I really appreciate small bottles of bubbles. I'm a woman who wants to drink up the second fermentation in the bottle once the bottle is opened 💋. I'm a sparkling Otters toast person, and this one is just like that. Silky bubbles, dry bitterness like marmalade, and a light cloudiness. It's on my toast list!

Good evening ✨I drank this on New Year's Day and mayu's review reminded me of the flavor 🍶Crisp citrus acidity and gentle koji sweetness on the foam. Have you had the Chiyomusubi Strong 50? It was one of the ones that impressed me last year✨.

I was absent for a week for a checkup 🤭. Maniac brand Tsuruoka Bijin. The rice is of course Dewanosato. Tsuruoka is close to Akita in Yamagata, so I think there are many white-skinned Akita beauties. This beauty's skin is so silky and smooth that it drips down the throat. Is this how you have built the clarity of your skin? Poreless clear taste. I want to be a Tsuruoka beauty✨. By the way, the design of the plug is austere and nice💓I didn't look at it much until now, but I'll leave the good looking plug in the picture from now on: 👨🏻

Hi ☀️ good original review with detailed information about Yamagata ✨✨I will look for this drink when my face gets dry 😆 I hope your liver is well after a week of health checkups and results 🙏😆.

Yasusan! If your face gets dry, I seriously recommend Kiku-Masamune lotion instead of drinking this sake!
Japanese>English
やす
Whoa! That's right! Thank you so much for your very specific advice😊I looked at the official website and saw that "in the days when there was no lotion, sake was used to prepare the skin". I will buy some 🍶 and try it with sake from outside and inside!

I can't do it straight. The sweetness is coming out of the graph 😂. What's that? If it's a sweet liqueur, wouldn't it taste better with milk? Throw in some milk (sorry). Yum! I'll tell Kikusui right away! And when I looked at the website, it recommended drinking it with milk 😂and it also recommended drinking it with carbonated water, so I tried it with strong carbonation, and it was the best 🩷 sparkling nigori! God! It's too sweet to drink! I'm sorry I thought 🙇‍♀️ this is the kind of thing you can enjoy by splitting it!

Natural yeast acidity, slight gas, and a rich flavor. Unlike the richness of doburoku, it has a crisp taste with a strong will. When I gave it to a friend who had never had muddy sake, she said, "This tastes like the homemade makgeolli I had at a Korean restaurant. It's not wrong if you classify it broadly, and well, it might taste like that. Well, as long as it tastes better than poop!

Good evening, MAYU! Your many postings of nigori look delicious and make me want to try this Hanaboe ✨✨I see you like nigori! I recently drank Shinomine Doburoku Nama, which is also from Nara, and was very impressed by the punch ✨✨.

mayu
Good evening, Yasusan! I'm a light and bubbly lover. My mom enjoys making yeast from various things, and the smell of yeast and freshly cooked rice smells like my mom. I think I could brew something just by smelling it, but I'd rather know what kind of punch it is.
Japanese>English
やす
Wow, your mom is amazing! But that's such a great origin story for your taste buds ✨✨what you find tasty is definitely influenced by the environment you grew up in ✨If you brewed by smell alone, it might be legit! 😆😆😆
Japanese>English
やす
Character limit 😆The Shinomine Doburoku is active, but as the name suggests, it is a Doburoku, so when you open the bottle, the unrefined sake itself is really bubbling right in front of you✨mayu, I thought you might like it since you post a lot of nigorigo (a kind of sweet sake),
Japanese>English
やす
Also, the taste is thick and rich, but the refreshing acidity and the bubbles make it surprisingly easy to drink. The bubbling of the unrefined sake itself is spectacular, just like a hot spring in Beppu 😆 I was moved by the feeling that I was drinking a living thing! I was so impressed with the taste.
Japanese>English
mayu
Thank you, Yasusan ✨I'm grateful for the blessings of nature that sake is a living organism, but even more so when it's bloated! It reminds me of the fermenting yeast that used to sit by my parents' window 🫧I even got yeast from the petals of the cherry blossoms in the garden!
Japanese>English
mayu
Since I am such a bubbly parent and child, I will look for Shinomine doburoku and bring it to my parents' house! Mom will be happy. Thanks for the information. Please keep up the good work 🤲.

Actually, mayu (and her mother) have inspired me to look into making homemade yeast, and it looks interesting, so I'm going to give it a try. It's amazing that you can make yeast from the petals of cherry blossoms in your garden! It's like you're working with nature ✨.
Japanese>English
やす
I'd love to hear your thoughts on Shinomine Doburoku ✨! Thank you very much for your time! If you find another good nigori, please recommend it to us ✨.

I am deeply moved by the fact that rice, grapes, and cherry blossoms live on long after their seasons have passed 😌 Olives and roses, and these days, sake made with various yeasts is very interesting. Homemade yeast bread is delicious 😋.
Japanese>English
やす
It's so true that even after that season is gone, it will live on. It's going to change the way we see our daily landscape ✨✨. I posted a review after drinking Kikuhime nigori, but mayu has inspired me to buy the next nigori, the active one 😆😆😆! I'll buy the next nigori 😆😆😆.
Japanese>English
やす
I also make homemade yeast bread! I'm a hobby farmer, and recently I've been taking an interesting direction in the field: no pesticides and no tilling (not to destroy the microorganisms' living environment) ✨I think fermentation is the same thing, letting the power of nature's creatures do the work for you ✨.
Japanese>English
mayu
Biotoped fields, too wonderful... ✨ I had a bottle of Shinomine doburoku once! But I think it was an opened bottle (and only a few bottles left at the bottom) and it was sludgy with no bubbles.... I want to have a freshly opened revenge 😂.
Japanese>English
やす
Oops! But that Shinomine doburoku, the little bit at the bottom of the bottle, must have been a real sludge! 😆 I wish there was some kind of additional filtration service before pouring 😆 Next time you and your mother can enjoy the joy of a freshly opened bottle ✨✨.

I went to a corner shop for sake from Toyama. The blend of rice is too delicious. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a strength of 13 degrees Celsius. I was impressed by the harmony of the ginjo aroma and mouthfeel. The acidity of white peaches and green apples. I'm going to have another one today!

Valium? Tonight's winner is surprisingly here! White, following the indigo one! A heavy white liquid, thick and heavy, just like a Valium! The mouthfeel is like a back-strained Valium! It's thick but not too sweet, not too sticky, and deliciously rich and dry! Is that too much of a Valium? No, it's a Valium, but it's tonight's champ!

Miyamanishiki 55 active nigori. The label is a whale that should not exist in Lake Biwa. It is said to be "unbelievably delicious. It is dry but does not leave a pungent taste on the tongue, only the fullness of the rice. The gas is weak. Straight, crisp, dry nigori that is not difficult to drink.

A clear bottle that looks as good as this surface tension! The entire bottle is a surface tension! The taste is of the type that makes you salivate from the back of your jaw!
