Purchased at Uemo Shoten, Nerima-ku, Tokyo A series of sake brewed with Association 1801 yeast using different types of rice. The rice called Ipponjime from Niigata Prefecture is polished to 59% flat rice. This is the most fragrant of the MISHOP yeasts, and it has a gorgeous aroma. It is also quite sweet. Is it fruity like melon or pear? The sweetness is more intense than the fruity taste, and there is also a moderate bitterness. It's delicious, but I think I'll get bored if I keep drinking it.

Buy at Seibu Ikebukuro Sasanishiki Polishing Ratio 29% Alcohol 16 I opened a bottle of this beer on New Year's Eve after having stored it in Remacom. I was looking forward to it because Miya Kanbai was the leader brewer this time. It is delicious with a fragrant, fruity and refreshing taste. The bottle is stylish and I want to keep it on display even after I finish drinking it lol.

Raw rice : Akitsuho Rice polishing ratio : 50 Yeast : No.7 yeast Alcohol content : 16% (unfiltered and unpasteurized) Yeast information is not on the label, so I checked on the web. The size of 375mm is easy to drink and just right. It has a melon pear type fruity taste with a fine effervescence. I think it's good to drink this brand here in a wine glass because it makes it easier to enjoy the aroma. This was also delicious, and I'd like to try more varieties of Kaze no Mori.

I got a bottle of this wine by using the tax payment of Furusato (hometown) because it was very highly rated on a certain blog. Rice used: Akaiwa Asahi Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 degrees The production date was last month, 2020.11. As written in various blogs, it has a strong sweetness. It's not too sweet, but it's a clean and beautiful sweetness. It doesn't have a freshness, but it is very delicious with mature sweetness and flavor. It is recommended for those who prefer a mellow sweet taste. On the other hand, if you don't like sweetness, it will be delicate. I prefer sweet sake, so I would like to repeat the taste.

I bought this sparkler at the end of the summer and kept it at Lemacombe. I don't remember where I bought it... The clear bottle is just as stylish as the beetle. It makes me want to buy a jacket. The taste was sweet and tart with just the right amount of sweetness and tartness, with a fruity melon flavor.

Purchase at Koyama Store The taste is quite strong. You can taste it even when it's cooled to a very strong temperature. As it gets warmer, it tastes more like a traditional Japanese sake.

Purchased at Koyama Store. Alcohol content 17%, Rice polishing ratio 65%. I drank it chilled to a kink in Remakom. When you drink it at room temperature, it's easy to feel the peculiar taste. The flavor tends to fade when chilled, but this one has a strong flavor even when chilled. I think Miyamanishiki at Wataya tasted similar to the one I drank so far. It tasted similar to Miyamanishiki;

Purchased at Akiyama's Sake in Nerima 100% Omachi 15% alcohol by volume. Kuheji is very cosmopolitan, with 1,500 yen tax not included. It's a limited time offer. This is a sake with the typical Omachi flavor. Even after a week or so after opening the bottle, I could still enjoy it.

Purchase at Seibu Ikebukuro Rice: Miyamanishiki rice, Hiyori rice and Aikoku rice. Polishing ratio: 35/35/35 Sake meter value: +1 Acidity: 1.5 Amino acid level: 0.9 Alcohol content - 16%. It has a refreshing sweetness that is typical of Miyaganbai plums. It has eight kinds of umami, which means there are eight kinds of umami. If you drink it, you may be able to taste the complex flavor, but I just enjoyed it as the usual delicious Miyaganbae (lol).

Purchase at Seibu Ikebukuro Miyakanbae summer sake. Chilled to minus five degrees Celsius in Remakom. It's refreshing, or rather, it's much lighter in flavor, with a slight bitterness at the end. It wasn't quite what I was expecting, but on the second day after opening the bottle, the flavor started to take over, and with its refreshing sweetness and flavor, it turned out to be the kind of flavor I like. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to chill out too much on the first day (^-^;

Purchased at your local liquor store. Omachi rice ratio 50%, 16% alcohol I found the unfiltered raw raw series of Kangiku and Eiko Fuji to be consistently delicious. They share the same aroma, freshness and sweetness in the mouth. It has a loud flavor, so you may get tired of it if you drink it every day, but it's great if you drink it in rotation after a short break. (laughs).

Purchase at the Masushin Store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. It has a strong acidity and a sweet and sour taste. I thought it was a very unique sake like NO6. It may not be to your liking, but I enjoyed it myself.

Purchase at the Masushin Store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Yamadanishiki 100%, Rice polishing ratio 65%, 15% alcohol A cool summer drink from the outside. It is fresh and has a melon pear flavor. The aroma is gorgeous and the specs seem to be dry. As is typical of summer sake, it was chilled well.

Purchased at your local liquor store. The specifications are quite detailed on the back of the label. The aroma is high, and when you open the bottle, you can smell the ginjo aroma. It has the same tendency as Eiko Fuji's series. It has a fancy flavor, so I'd get tired of drinking it every day, but after a while, it's still delicious! It will be. The label is stylish, and I'd like to drink all of the unfiltered raw materials in this series someday.

Purchased at Tokyu Kichijoji It's not written in the specs on the back, but it's a sake brewed with Hitogokoro and Kinmon Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture using their own yeast. It has a gorgeous scent, melon and pear, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste and a sharp taste. Even after three days after opening the bottle, the flavor is still there.

Purchased at Akiyama's Sake in Nerima Ward. Omachi polished rice ratio 60%. It's not on the label, but it looks like Association #9 yeast. A freshly opened bottle of this chilled wine has a fresh, melon fruitiness and popping sensation. It was also refreshing and easy to drink. As the temperature rises, you can feel the flavor and richness of the drink. I left it in the fridge for four days (for a trip), and when I drank it, I found it had a bitter taste that I didn't notice when I opened the bottle. I could feel the I didn't vacuum cap it and store it in Remacom, so the taste deteriorated a bit because it was unfiltered and raw. I wonder if it was. I thought it would be best to drink it up as soon as possible.

One time in a bottle 15% alcohol by volume. Rice polishing ratio 50%. I bought a bottle of the bottle because it was only available in one square. I drank it over a period of about two weeks while storing it in a vacuum cap at Lemacombe. It was refreshing when I opened it, and the sweetness and flavor seemed to grow as the day went on. The sweetness and the flavor seems to develop over time.

Purchase at Koyama Store Omachi rice ratio 50% alcohol content 16 The mouthfeel is soft with a firm sweetness to the understated fizziness. It's not fruity, but more like a flavorful one. The sweetness is there, but it's refreshingly crisp and doesn't feel sticky. If you like sweet and spicy sake, you can't miss the unfiltered raw series of Kangiku.
