Miyakanbae summer sake.
Chilled to minus five degrees Celsius in Remakom.
It's refreshing, or rather, it's much lighter in flavor, with a slight bitterness at the end.
It wasn't quite what I was expecting, but on the second day after opening the bottle, the flavor started to take over, and with its refreshing sweetness and flavor, it turned out to be the kind of flavor I like.
Maybe it wasn't a good idea to chill out too much on the first day (^-^;
