It's not written in the specs on the back, but it's a sake brewed with Hitogokoro and Kinmon Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture using their own yeast.
It has a gorgeous scent, melon and pear, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste and a sharp taste.
Even after three days after opening the bottle, the flavor is still there.
