This is a snowball that I stored at ice temperature in Remacom for over six months.
I couldn't buy a bottle of No.4, so I used a bottle of No.1, so it took a long time, but it was delicious to the end.
I don't drink that much, so it takes a long time to drink a bottle by myself (^-^;
I've been skipping updates, so only pictures.
I was expecting a lot, but I didn't like it at all.
I can't honestly recommend it to people who like sweet and savory.
Purchased at Uemo Shoten, Nerima
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake (Sake Meter: ±0, Acidity: 1.5)
Polished to 59% flat rice (Koji: Aizan, Kake: Ippon Sime)
Alcohol: 16 degrees
It is 500ml, so it is easy to drink up and just right.
It is a fresh and sweet series like the Eiko Fuji unfiltered raw sake series.
This one is less fizzy than the other.
I have bought several kinds of this series from Takachiyo, and they are all delicious.
Buy at Koyama Shoten
It has a strong melon-like sweetness.
I thought it would have a fizzy feel because it was unfiltered, but I barely felt it and it had a calm sweet taste overall.
This is the first time I've bought a Hououmita to drink at home, so I'd like to try another one if I have the chance.
However, there are too many sake that I want to try (^-^;
Purchased at the same time as Magma of the same warehouse in Seibu Ikebukuro
I compared it with Magma.
The foaming sensation was stronger in Morinokuma-san, and the intensity of the flavor was stronger in Magma.
The tendency is the same, but Magma has a stronger sweetness and umami.
Mori no Kumasan was crisper and tasted better when it was well chilled.
It depends on your mood, but personally, I think I prefer Mori no Kumasan.
Purchased at Seibu Ikebukuro
It has been a long time since last July.
It seems that the label of Omachi was renewed from this year.
The taste is sweet and delicious.
This brewery's unfiltered raw series are all delicious and highly recommended for those who like sweet and savory type.
What I got.
Junmai Daiginjo from a major brewery.
It was a stylish bottle, and it was unfiltered sake, so I had high expectations for what it would be like.
It doesn't have the aroma, sweetness, or freshness of a mature sake.
I'm not a fan of mellow sake, so unfortunately it's a bit subtle.
Buy at Isetan
It comes in a decorative box with a label that has won various awards at home and abroad, so it's a bit ostentatious (lol).
It's a little ostentatious (lol). But it's very well balanced and delicious.
The sweetness and aroma are just right, and you can drink it without getting bored.
The delicious sake diminishes quickly, and it was emptied at a faster pace than usual.
Purchased at Saitama Yokouchi Sake Shop
I visited the store shortly after it opened and was lucky enough to find a freshly arrived Hanayo-yoku in the refrigerator. It was my first time to get a Hanayo-yoku.
The freshness and fruity taste is outstanding.
It has a pineapple sweetness, a slight effervescence, a good mouthfeel, and is very easy to drink.
I understand why it's so popular, and I want to repeat it the next time I have a chance to get it.
I've been drinking it without shaking it, so it gradually became cloudy with the moisture that accumulated at the bottom, and the taste also became thicker.
Purchased at Uemo Shoten, Nerima-ku, Tokyo
This brewery is run by a husband and wife team and produces a small amount of sake.
The label is reminiscent of a demon's death, and the brewer is a fan of demons.
It has a beautiful sweetness and is easy to drink with a good balance of sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
This is one of the three bottles I received as a hometown gift.
It's not very fruity or fresh, but it's full-bodied and has a bit of an old-fashioned sake feel to it.
I didn't like it cold, so I served it with hot tofu, which I haven't had in a while.
Purchased at Kyoto Isetan.
This sake is brewed with a rare rice called "Sobei Haya".
It is a little sweet and has a melon pear type aroma.
Rather than fresh, it has a rich taste.
It's good as usual, but the price is a bit high at just under 2000 yen.
