As the mornings and evenings have become much more comfortable, Mitsuo-san seems to have gone camping with his autumn eggplant. Tonight's entrée was "grilled eggplant with miso butter foil. It was supposed to be grilled slowly over a charcoal fire, but I couldn't wait to see ....... Mitsuo-san, not yet, not yet!
