I received this for the first time in exactly one year.
The same S-type 22 years as a year ago.
It's a coincidence, isn't it?
It was gone in no time.

I was told to drink it on February 10,
I properly opened the bottle this day.
It is a very beautiful sake.
It has a refined mouthfeel, just like Nitsugo.
The fact that it is limited to 210 bottles and comes with a serial number is also an added bonus.
I bought a bottle last week at the Choho Kurabiraki.

Finally, the only sake available in Okinawa. I got it through Furusato tax payment.
It has a strong acidity. However, it is not so bad when you drink it.

I thought about having a beer on the bullet train, but it was cold and felt a little different. I went with this low alcohol 9% fizzy one.
Even at this low alcohol level, it is full-bodied and tasty.

A perfect opening for the New Year.
It is a Yamada Nishiki 18, which is a blast.
It is water. Really crystal clear.
Of course, I like sake with a lot of miscellaneous flavors and taste.
But this is wonderful.
It's very expensive, though, so I can't buy it.

This sake was shipped before the earthquake.
It really makes me think a lot.
The store has also said that they will donate any proceeds above cost, so I hope I can contribute.
The taste is wonderful.

An interesting sake made with Koshihikari rice and wine yeast.
Polishing ratio of 90%, the same as white rice, and alcohol content of 12%.
It is milky and the rice is sweet.
