5.0 Yamadanishiki 88 from Okazaki This is the third release to commemorate the 333rd anniversary of Maruishi Brewing. Polishing ratio 88%. It has no habits and blends well with meals. It is an interesting sake.

4.5 Maruishi Brewery: The first nobori-jo-shu in commemoration of the 333rd anniversary of the company's founding. This bottle was also opened. This is a three-year aged Omachi. I like Omachi, so this one is nice too. This was the commemorative 300th check!

4.5 This is one of a set of two bottles of Maruishi Brewery's 333rd Anniversary Kijoshu. Finally opened the bottle. I was drinking it early in the day, mainly as an aperitif, but it is quite good.
