Sake quality: rich, mellow, umaguchi (flavorful)
The rich aroma of this sake is rich in the mouth and brings out the rich flavor of rice.
It has a strong spiciness.
I wonder what it is......it feels like a Chinese character.
Because of this time of the year, they are able to offer products that are not usually available. It was a Junmai Ginjo and it was delicious.
It had a fruity aroma and mouthfeel, but it was refreshing.
This was our first visit to Mirae Sake Shop, which is said to deal in rare sake. It was convenient to find explanatory tags on the sake.
Quite a dry drink! Even the slight bitterness that lingers afterwards is nice! It says it tastes even better warmed, so next time I'll try it warmed.
I bought this bottle for the New Year. It is a very limited Junmai Daiginjo, and it is also labeled "LEGEND OF THE CRYSTAL".
I'm sorry. I can't describe the taste.
It is very easy to drink. Amazing!
It has a nice faint aroma and is refreshing.
After drinking it, you will feel refreshed. Tanikaze is the name of a Yokozuna who was active in the An'ei and Tenmei periods.
Delicious! It didn't interfere with the food (yakitori, sashimi, etc., where the aroma is also important) and was a good match. I ordered oyster skewers, but the fishy smell of oysters disappeared.
By the way, Mr. Yamaoka said in "Yummy Shinbo" that Daiginjo is better than wine for the fishy smell of oysters.
I had the impression that nigorizake was sweet, but this was different. It was dry! That was my impression. It's mild on the palate. Sake is very deep. I'm glad I was born in Japan.
