The first aroma is slightly fruity and sweet.
The sweetness on the palate is smooth with a mild umami taste.
The mouthfeel reminded me of Katsuma.
It's a nice, crisp sake with a bit of a modern dry taste to it ✨. 吉田蔵Hello&Good-Bye生酛おりがらみ発泡 もさもさ16th one this year.
My favorite sparkling Yoshida Kurau!
The moment when the cork is opened slowly and the cork rises with the bubbles is so wonderful!
(It's hard to open and close the cork so that it doesn't spill)
The acidity that can be felt faintly yet clearly as it fizzes, and the sweetness that comes afterwards and then slips out is superb!
