A drink at the conveyor-belt sushi chain Fish Restaurant Road. It is not so aromatic and is quite refreshing and easy to drink! It is a very dry sake, but the umami flavor is also very good. A friend gave me this bottle as a birthday present. It is a limited edition and is apparently hard to find. The refreshing aroma that goes straight to your nose. The mouthfeel is slightly smooth. The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness, but it soon turns crisp and dry. The aftertaste is also dry, which is pleasant to me as a dry wine lover! This is one of the 8 different types of Echigo Yuki Koumbai that I purchased at Costco. It has almost no aroma and tastes super refreshing. It drinks like water. There is a hint of sweetness, but it disappears quickly and has a light aftertaste. Since it has no habits, it may be easy to drink even for those who are new to sake. Personal Satisfaction: ★★☆☆☆☆

A bottle purchased on a trip to Nagoya. Both the aroma and taste are fruity. Muscat-like sweetness spreads in the mouth. It has a slightly tangy sensation on the tongue with a refreshing aftertaste. The alcohol content is high at 18.5 degrees, but it is so easy to drink that you do not feel it. I learned a lot from this sake, which I had never tasted before. I was in a department store that had a "hiyaoroshi" section and selected this bottle. Apparently, hiyaoroshi is sake squeezed in early spring, matured during the summer, and shipped in the fall.
