I was in a department store that had a "hiyaoroshi" section and selected this bottle. Apparently, hiyaoroshi is sake squeezed in early spring, matured during the summer, and shipped in the fall. I learned a lot about it! The aroma is not that strong and the mouthfeel is fresh. It is slightly dry with a hint of sweetness. It is very easy to drink without any habits! It was delicious!
