Last year, I enjoyed Tamanomitsu's hiyaoroshi, so I tasted a different one and bought it.
I found it to be very well-balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness in a dry taste.
The aftertaste is refreshing and never gets boring, making it easy to drink!
I knew I liked Tamanomitsu.
