I bought it unexpectedly because it was sold exclusively at an antenna store in Hokkaido.
It is unusual in that the sake is contained in a carved wooden bear-like ceramic!
Pon-epele apparently means "little bear" in Ainu language.
The taste is very refreshing and easy to drink.
It is slightly dry with a sharp aftertaste.
It tastes good with a refreshing aftertaste!
