Memorandum for myself Please note that the cork will fly out vigorously when opened. After opening the bottle, put the cork in the bottle and mix the lees. So instead of buying a bottle of No. 4 and storing it in the refrigerator, I now buy a bottle and store it in the hallway. Don`t tell anyone because it`s easy on the pocketbook. So, I have been posting less frequently here. However, I really wanted to drink the lightly nigori sake, so I bought a 4-gallon bottle. First day of opening the bottle The aroma is a bit ramune like. When poured into a glass, it is cloudy but smooth. When you take a sip, you don't feel the swooshiness so much, but it has a slightly bitter ramune flavor. The taste is very clear and clean. It has a crisp and clean taste, and can be drunk easily, as is typical of rice wine. It is very easy to drink because of its smoothness, but at 16 degrees, it is quite intoxicating.

First day of opening the bottle It is a nigori (cloudy) wine, so as always, be careful when opening the bottle. We opened the bottle carefully. The bottle opened safely with a good sound. When I mixed the lees and poured it into a glass, it didn't have much of a swooshiness to it. The aroma is ramune. When you take a sip, you will find that the cider has a light-hearted ramune flavor. It's not that I don't like it... I don't hate it, but I selfishly imagined that if it was this sweet, it would be a little more sparkling with lees activity, or a little less sweet if it was to keep the swooshiness in this state. It's delicious, though.

Memorandum for myself I had a cup of this wine at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that I stopped by on a whim and enjoyed it so much that I bought it for drinking at home. First day after opening the bottle The aroma is fruity. Although it is alky, there is no smell of seme. When poured into a glass, it has a yellowish color. The first sip reveals grapes. It is not a Muscat, but a dark purple ripe grape. It is very juicy and delicious. The alcohol content is 18 degrees! Be careful not to drink too much.
