Memorandum for myself I visited Akita Prefecture I went to "Eiraku Shokudo" which I had longed for (2) I had a bottle of Yuki no Bijin Yamadanishiki No. 6 yeast. I felt a slight sourness, but it did not come out at all, but only peeked out a little after the umami. It is a very well-balanced sake. I wanted to drink it carefully at home, so I bought the same bottle at a liquor store.

Memorandum for myself I visited Akita Prefecture I went to "Eiraku Shokudo" (1), which I had longed for. The staff was young, but they served us very well and we were able to drink comfortably. Harukasumi Junmai Red Label It was my first time to drink Harukasumi, but it was a strong, sweet sake.

Memorandum for myself Halloween label that I drank last year and really enjoyed. It was released again this year, so I didn't hesitate to buy it. The aroma is of Japanese pear. One sip and you know it's a Japanese pear. It is a very juicy and ripe Japanese pear. It has a slightly long aftertaste that permeates the body. Will you repeat? I think I will buy it again next year.

Memorandum for myself Long time no see "Chiebijin". I bought it because it seemed generally sweet and fruity. The aroma was gorgeous and fruity. When I took a sip, the sourness was unexpectedly strong. Of course, there was a fruity sweetness, but there was a slight bitterness at the end. This is the first time I have heard of "fresh ripe". Would you repeat it? I don't think so, because it was too acidic.

Memorandum for myself I bought So-no-Kangiku without hesitation because it is delicious no matter which one I choose. Be careful when opening the bottle. The bottle will blow out before you open it. The aroma is almost imperceptible. When you take a sip, you can feel the umami in the sweetness. The sweetness is elegant and calm, not fruity and gutsy. Is it because it is fire-roasted? As you sip it, bitterness comes in and it goes down smoothly. It is as expected. How about a repeat? If there is a repeat next year, by all means!

Memorandum for myself This is the one I usually get at izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so I bought it this time because I wanted to drink it carefully. It is a monster in terms of cost performance. Thank you very much. The aroma is extremely fruity. The first sip is melon-like. As is typical of junmai daiginjos, it is easy to drink without any unpleasant taste. And yet it is priced at this price (persistent...). Would you repeat it? If I couldn't find the sake I was looking for, I would probably try this one.

Memorandum for myself The bottle was hung with a tag warning me to open the bottle. I thought it would be okay, even though it was not cloudy, but... The moment I opened the bottle, the stopper blew out with great force. I have never experienced anything like this before. The contents did not overflow, but I was surprised at the sound and the force. When I poured it into a glass, I could see fine bubbles. The aroma was slightly sweet with a hint of koji malt. When I put it in my mouth, I could feel a slight sizzling sensation and a firm sweetness. I did not feel much fruitiness... As the sipping progressed, the bitterness was felt and it seemed to go away quickly. It is very easy to drink. Would you repeat? No, because there are similar drinks.

Memorandum for myself When I opened the bottle, the cork popped vigorously, as if the contents were fresh. I thought it would be better in a glass, so I poured it into a glass, and found it to be quite lively and slightly effervescent. The color is slightly yellow. The aroma is of malted rice. When you take a sip, the fizziness stimulates your tongue, and it is fruity and sweeter than you would expect. I imagined it to be more classic, but it is very easy to drink. It had a sharpness and a little aftertaste. Tokyo's sake is very good. Would I drink it again? Yes, I would.

Memorandum for myself The vivid colors of the jackets are stunning. The aroma is tropical and fruity. When poured into a glass, it has a slight yellowish tinge. In the mouth, the juicy sweetness and umami, full of fruitiness, fill the mouth just as the aroma suggests. After fully enjoying the umami, the bitterness comes and finishes nicely. Kudokidoki Ute is my favorite no matter what I drink. Do you want a repeat? By all means!

Memorandum for myself I purchased a bottle last year and was very impressed, so this season I am purchasing a bottle. Opening the bottle was surprisingly smooth, not as smooth as last year. After mixing the lees, I poured it into a glass. The aroma is of rum. When you take a sip, you will notice that it is not as sweet as last year. It is not as sweet as last year, and it seems to be a little drier. However, for me, this is just right. It is perfect for this time of year. In my mind, "Hirotogawa" is the must-have nigori in winter and this is the must-have in summer. Will you drink it again? I can't start summer without drinking this, so please come back next year!

Memorandum for myself When poured into a vessel, it was almost colorless and silky. The aroma was of fresh pear. When you put it in your mouth, you feel sweetness, but it is not a fruity, impactful sweetness, but a very gentle sweetness. It is very easy to drink. The taste was elegant and relaxing, rather than the lush freshness that often comes to the fore in summer sake. How about a repeat? We hope to see you next year.

Memorandum for myself Chose this one, which was not purchased at the right time last year The aroma was slightly sweet and I couldn't detect any particular alu smell. When poured into a glass, it is smooth and clear. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the crisp sweetness, followed by the crisp punch of the alcohol. The overall taste was light and refreshing with a sharpness. Would I repeat it? I think it would be good since I experienced it this time.

Memorandum for myself Opening the bottle is as vigorous as ever... I'm really scared to open it. It is quite fizzy when poured into a glass. The aroma is of koji. When you put it in your mouth, it stimulates your tongue with a shwashy sensation just like it looks. It tastes like ripe makwari. It is very easy to drink. It is now a champagne. Would I drink it again? It is very tasty, but it is too expensive for me...

First day of opening When poured into a vessel, it has a yellowish color. The aroma is aromatic. When you put it in your mouth, it is "Sweet! Anyway, it is sweet! It is not unpleasant sweetness, but tropical fruits such as ripe pineapples and mangoes. Perhaps I wouldn't doubt it if it were called "kijoshu" (noble sake)? I can't feel its sharpness, and it is very mild. It is better to enjoy it by itself than with a meal. Would I drink it again? Probably not.

Memorandum for myself I couldn't forget this one I had at dinner on a trip to Aomori, so I bought a bottle. The cap was tight and a little difficult to open. When I poured it into a vessel, it was almost transparent and smooth. The aroma was of koji malt. When I sipped it, I felt fresh lychee. After that, the bitterness came and went away as if nothing had happened. It is still delicious. How about a repeat? If there is no alcohol I want to try, I will buy this one.

Memorandum for myself I sometimes want to drink dry sake, so I bought this one. The bottle opened smoothly and was smooth and clear when poured into a container. The aroma was slightly ricey. In the mouth, it is fruity and juicy, just as the label says. The spiciness comes immediately, but it is not a strong taste. The sharpness is outstanding and there is no lingering aftertaste. Would I repeat it? I don't think so.

Memorandum for myself These are the spoils of my trip to Kumamoto. This is also becoming a hard-to-find brand. When you open the bottle, the bottle opens with a surprisingly strong pop. To put it bluntly, if you are not careful, your hand will be taken away. When poured into a glass, the bubbles are amazing. A champagne glass is recommended. It has a slight yellow tinge, and the bubbles are amazing. At a glance, it looks like champagne. When you put it in your mouth, the fizziness stimulates your mouth, and it is deliciously sweet. However, the acidity is not so strong and the taste of rice can be felt, so it is not similar to Champagne. ๏ผˆIt is not similar to Champagne.) Finally, I felt the bitterness and it receded. The glass was empty before I realized it. Would I repeat? I will definitely buy this one.

Memorandum for myself I wanted to try "Harukoi" but I missed the first batch and was able to get it on re-release. I opened the bottle carefully because it was nigori, but it didn't spill. When I poured it into a glass, it was very smooth, but soon after pouring, fine bubbles started to appear. The aroma was berry-like, perhaps misled by the color. It is sweet and sour in the mouth, with a lot of sizzle. The aftertaste is a bit strong, but the sourness and the sourness make it refreshing. It has nothing to do with the taste, but it is very hard to open and close the bottle. I purchased a bottle, and I don't know if there is a difference between individual bottles, but it was so tight that I had a hard time opening and closing it every time. Would I repeat it? I liked the taste, but no.
