This is the first time for me to have a romanized takachiyoh.
When I poured it into a glass, it was smooth and a little yellowish.
The aroma was lychee-like.
When I took a sip, I found it to be a rather robust sake without the sparkle of the bottle.
It has a sharpness, and the taste of rice is clear.
I was surprised because I had imagined it from the appearance of the bottle.
Would I drink it again?
No, I don't think so.
