I visited Kofu in Yamanashi Prefecture.
We were welcomed by "Hautau", a restaurant that welcomed us on our first visit.
The four-pack was freshly opened.
It had a refreshing taste, just like summer sake.
The food was very tasty, so the sake went down a treat.

I had decided to definitely start the New Year with this one.
Nilgame was purchased in Osaka, so the purchase went smoothly.
I wondered if it would go well with food since it is a noble sake. I wondered if it would go well with food, but that was no problem at all for Shinmasa ๐.
The color is yellowish.
The mouthfeel is sweet and sour with the sourness coming first.
It was kind of like a clear mixed juice.
We purchased a set of turtle bowls, and these turtle bowls can hold exactly one cup of rice, so they are very convenient to use.

I was finally able to purchase it.
The color is a little yellowish.
The aroma is koji mold.
In the mouth, it was slightly sweet and sour.
The minerality was amazing.

First time to visit Hiran
I read that you have to be careful when opening the bottle, but I opened it without any problem.
It's a bit of a mixed drink, so I stirred it thoroughly before pouring it into the glass.

Opening the bottle was not too difficult because of the hole in the stopper.

Last time I drank their standard sake, which was very good, so this time I chose this one made with yeast No. 6.
I thought it would be a gorgeous modern style, but it was a little different.
It has a strong punch, but the acidity helps it go down a treat.
