Memorandum for myself I visited Kurashiki in Okayama Prefecture. The owner gave us a detailed explanation and told us that the liquor store mainly sells dry sake. I was told that this was one of the best dry sake, so I bought it. The capacity was 900ml, which is rare. The mouthfeel was like an Arahashiri, and it was very messy! It was full of the smell of seme.
