When I took a sip, I felt a sweetness like that of plum wine or apricot wine. It is a kijo sake, after all, so the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste as well. However, it was not too sweet, but rather a refreshing sweetness derived from fruit. It is strange that there is no fruit in it... Would you repeat it?
