Memorandum for myself Chose this one, which was not purchased at the right time last year The aroma was slightly sweet and I couldn't detect any particular alu smell. Memorandum for myself I sometimes want to drink dry sake, so I bought this one. The bottle opened smoothly and was smooth and clear when poured into a container. The aroma was slightly ricey. Memorandum for myself I wanted to try "Harukoi" but I missed the first batch and was able to get it on re-release. I opened the bottle carefully because it was nigori, but it didn't spill. When I poured it into a glass, it was very smooth, but soon after pouring, fine bubbles started to appear. The aroma was berry-like, perhaps misled by the color. It is sweet and sour in the mouth, with a lot of sizzle. The aftertaste is a bit strong, but the sourness and the sourness make it refreshing. It has nothing to do with the taste, but it is very hard to open and close the bottle. I purchased a bottle, and I don't know if there is a difference between individual bottles, but it was so tight that I had a hard time opening and closing it every time. Would I repeat it? I liked the taste, but no.

Memorandum for myself This is the first drink of 2023. I chose this sake because I thought it would go well with hors d'oeuvres for New Year's dishes. It may not have much of an aroma, but my preconceived notions gave it a somewhat sweet aroma. When I poured it into a glass, I could see the bubbles peculiar to Shinmasa. When I took a sip, I felt a sweetness like that of plum wine or apricot wine. It is a kijo sake, after all, so the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste as well. However, it was not too sweet, but rather a refreshing sweetness derived from fruit. It is strange that there is no fruit in it... Would you repeat it? It was a valuable experience, but I think I would like to try it only once.

Memorandum for myself Since it is Christmas, I will open two types of snowmen in order. It's a collaboration with United Arrows. The jackets are adorable. We were able to open the bottle without spurting out because we had let it sit for a while after purchasing it. The supernatant is a little yellow and mixed with lees and poured into a glass. I think there is less lees than a snowball. It has the same fizzy and bubbly sensation as the snowman. In the mouth, it is bitter and sour. There is also a refreshing sweetness. Various tastes come in turn. So this is nigori sake with an assemblage of flavors. It is completely different from the snowball sake I have been drinking. It is crisp and refreshing, so it seems to go well with all kinds of food. Would you buy it again? No, I wouldn't buy it at this price.
