Here are the spoils of my trip to Yamagata.
This is a collaboration with 10 sake stores in Yamagata Prefecture.
Therefore, the sake is only available at the sponsored sake stores in Yamagata.
Opening the bottle was smooth.
When poured into a vessel, it is quite golden in color.
The aroma is subdued.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a punch.
However, the sweetness of the rice could also be felt.

I bought this last year and made a huge mistake in opening the bottle, so I took my revenge!
It is an outrageous liquor that blows out about half of the bottle.
This time, as the warning says, I made a hole with a thousand pieces of paper and gradually let the gas out instead of draining it immediately.
The label is also provocative with a gorilla holding dynamite.
It took a little over 30 minutes to open the bottle.

I was shocked by this wine about 2 years ago and decided to buy it next season for sure, but the timing was not right and it is now.
When the bottle was opened, it was as gassy as ever, with a strong pop.

When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised to find that it was much drier than what I had drunk before. It is much drier than the one we drank before.
