Memorandum for myself A YouTuber was raving about this one. I bought it because it happened to be sold at a nearby liquor store. The liquor store also said that this was the most popular one. There was nothing wrong with the bottle when it was opened. When I put it in my mouth, it was slightly bubbly and sweet! I felt that it tasted similar to Hirotogawa's nigori. No wonder it tastes so good.

Memorandum for myself It was a gift from a relative. It seems to be recommended to be heated, but I first drank it cold. The aroma smells of rice and seme. The aroma smelled of rice and seme. It seemed too strong for me, so I tried again with warmed sake. The aroma was stronger, but everything else was the same. I guess those who like it will be hooked on it.

Memorandum for myself I have wanted to try Kuchiman for a long time, but the timing was never right. Opening the bottle is smooth. The aroma was very sweet. When I put it in my mouth, as expected, it was very sweet! It was sweet all the way in my mouth.

Memorandum for myself Opening the bottle is smooth because of the perforated stopper. The lees are mixed well to make a beautiful peach color. The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is sweet and sour on the palate! I felt strawberries. Anyway, it is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe it is sake. It is recommended for those who usually avoid sake.

Memorandum for myself In my mind, when in doubt, this is the instrument Masamune. No problem opening the bottle. When poured into a vessel, it was colorless, clear, and silky. The aroma has a faint seme smell. I was surprised when I put it in my mouth! It does not smell of alcohol! Yes, it is delicious! It is a delicious sweetness with a concentrated flavor. I think all the Masamune instruments are evolving year by year. Thank you very much for the sake.

Memorandum for myself This was my first drink of 2024. I was able to open the bottle without too much trepidation because of the perforated stopper. It has a perfect chouashouka feeling, and my expectations were high. When I poured it into the glass, it had a very nice, cloudy, chouffeured taste. In the mouth, it has a slight bitterness, but a moderate sweetness comes through with a small aftertaste, and it goes down smoothly. I have this wine every year and it never disappoints. I am looking forward to another year.

The bottle opened without any problem. When I stirred the lees, I felt a strong shrieking sensation. When poured into a glass, the cloudy white liquor fizzes. Yes, yes, this is it! When you put it in your mouth, the fizz stimulates your mouth while the exquisite acidity, a specialty of this brewery, arrives. Memorandum for myself Annual trip to Niigata This time, unlike usual, I went to Murakami City. Murakami is a city of salmon, and during the time I visited, I was able to see a lot of salted salmon hanging in the streets. This sake is sold exclusively in the Murakami area by Miyao Shuzo, famous for its sake called "Shimeharizuru. We were able to purchase it at the brewery. Incidentally, the brewery was open to visitors. When we opened the cork, we could smell the good aroma of koji and a slight alkaloise odor. When you take a sip, a slightly sweet and savory taste like tortoiseshell candy spreads in your mouth. The aftertaste is sharp. The alcohol content is 19%, which is quite strong, but I couldn't help but drink it. It's also very wallet-friendly, and if it were available in Osaka, I would definitely buy it...

I had heard rumors that Hishiko was an unusual Niigata sake and was very interested in it, but there was no liquor store near me that carried it, so I was glad to be able to purchase it. Opening the bottle went smoothly. When I poured it into the glass, it was slightly cloudy with a slight effervescence. I was surprised when I sipped it! It tasted like coconut! It was a taste I had not imagined at all, so I was quite surprised. It was quite a peculiar taste.

Memorandum for myself Although not shown in the photo, there is a red tag hanging on the bottle to warn against opening the bottle. It is not a screw cap, but a crown type. I chilled it in the refrigerator and tried to open the bottle slowly, but I could see bubbles and the lees at the bottom started to move slightly. Oh, he's a bad guy... It took about 5 minutes to open the bottle. After mixing the lees and pouring it into a glass, it was just a splash! The aroma is sweet with a hint of koji. When you take a sip, it is just like a makwari without the sweetness. The bitterness comes later. How about a repeat? I would not dare to because of the nigori festival during this season.

Memorandum for myself This is a trophy from my trip to Akita Prefecture last month. I bought it at "Maruhiko Sake Shop" in Kawatan. The owner was very kind to me and I learned a lot. I was told that this sake is not sold outside of the prefecture, so I decided to purchase it. Opening the bottle was fine and the aroma was subdued. When I poured it into a vessel, I found it to be clear and colorless, with a very fine fizz. In the mouth, there is a sharp bitterness and a creamy, mysterious taste due to the micro-firing. It might be a little addictive... I would like to repeat it... But I have to go to Akita...

I felt a slight sourness, but it did not come out at all, but only peeked out a little after the umami. It is a very well-balanced sake. When I took a sip, the sourness was unexpectedly strong. Of course, there was a fruity sweetness, but there was a slight bitterness at the end. This is the first time I have heard of "fresh ripe". Would you repeat it? I don't think so, because it was too acidic.

Memorandum for myself I bought So-no-Kangiku without hesitation because it is delicious no matter which one I choose. Be careful when opening the bottle. The bottle will blow out before you open it. The aroma is almost imperceptible. When you take a sip, you can feel the umami in the sweetness. The sweetness is elegant and calm, not fruity and gutsy. Is it because it is fire-roasted? As you sip it, bitterness comes in and it goes down smoothly. It is as expected. How about a repeat? If there is a repeat next year, by all means!
