Since it is Christmas, I will open two types of snowmen in order.
It's a collaboration with United Arrows.
The jackets are adorable.
We were able to open the bottle without spurting out because we had let it sit for a while after purchasing it.
The supernatant is a little yellow and mixed with lees and poured into a glass.
I think there is less lees than a snowball.
It has the same fizzy and bubbly sensation as the snowman.
In the mouth, it is bitter and sour.
There is also a refreshing sweetness.
Various tastes come in turn.
So this is nigori sake with an assemblage of flavors.
It is completely different from the snowball sake I have been drinking.
It is crisp and refreshing, so it seems to go well with all kinds of food.
Would you buy it again?
No, I wouldn't buy it at this price.
