It is a souvenir of my son's trip to Shikoku.
It is a honjozo brewed in a small bottle of 180㎖.
The aroma is that of aluzoe.
When poured into a sake cup, it is clear and colorless.
When you put it in your mouth, you may wonder, "Is it light? Is it light?
After a beat, the punch of the aluzoe awakens you.
It is a very strong sake.
It has a sharpness, and was a perfect match with today's side dish, negitoro (green onion).
