Memorandum for myself The aroma is ginjo incense. When poured into a glass, it was a little yellowish and silky. In the mouth, the first taste was sourness, followed by sweetness, but it was not fruity sweetness, but sweetness close to umami. It tastes similar to mirin (sweet sake). After the sweetness, the bitterness is quite sharp and finishes off with a sharp taste. Would I repeat it? No, I don't think so.
