🐓🐤🥚
Memorandum for myself
This is the first drink of 2023.
I chose this sake because I thought it would go well with hors d'oeuvres for New Year's dishes.
It may not have much of an aroma, but my preconceived notions gave it a somewhat sweet aroma.
When I poured it into a glass, I could see the bubbles peculiar to Shinmasa.
When I took a sip, I felt a sweetness like that of plum wine or apricot wine.
It is a kijo sake, after all, so the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste as well.
However, it was not too sweet, but rather a refreshing sweetness derived from fruit.
It is strange that there is no fruit in it...
Would you repeat it?
It was a valuable experience, but I think I would like to try it only once.
