I had my parents and my sister and her husband come over (2)
It is a New Year's dinner party at our house.
When I poured it into a glass, I could see the sparkling fizz that is typical of Shinsei.
The color is colorless.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt the tangy sensation that stimulated my tongue a little, along with the acidity that is also a characteristic of Shinsei.
However, the acidity is not so strong in this earth, and it is fruity and very easy to drink.
It has a good sharpness and a moderate aftertaste.
All types of Niimasa have an indescribable taste, and it is difficult to keep a memo of them.
My father blurted out, "It's a modern 🍶..."
