The first day of opening the bottle, it was too sweet and had low alcohol content, just like Mio.
It was like Mio because it had no liquor taste.
But after a week of drinking it, it became better.
The dry lees flavor came through and the balance became better, just like Mio.
It was like a different person or a different sake.
It is a little short, but it is delicious!
