I bought it about a month ago but could not drink it and finally opened the bottle. Perhaps because I left it too long, I couldn't feel much of the schwash, which was disappointing. It was only a slight tingling. However, it is very good.
At first, we didn't mix it and enjoyed the slightly lighter flavor.
The lower you go, the thicker it gets.
It is so easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 16 degrees Celsius.

It is said to be a sake brewed slowly and carefully with strong koji, pure sake mother, mild moromi, and all five senses.
We got our favorite Akabu, Junmai Daiginjyo Yunokou.
It went down smoothly! I could drink it. It is delicious. No bitterness at all.
There is no doubt in my mind that Akabu is the best.

Shichida, a sake from Ogi, Saga.
It is a junmai ginjo that is made only once, with no filtration at all.
I liked Saga Prefecture's Nabeshima, so I had high expectations for this one as well, but the taste was completely different. It is a heavy sake with a sharp taste.
I thought it would be better if it was heated up, but it was much heavier. Cold is the right choice.

I got a Junmai Daiginjo from Machida Shuzo that I was curious about. It is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki. Is this the first sake from Gunma Prefecture?
The aroma is gorgeous and spreads quickly. It has a refreshing muscat-like flavor.

A drink that came up in response to a request for a sake recommended by the owner, if there was one. I think it had a slightly sweet, full-bodied flavor.
However, it is easy to drink and goes down smoothly, making it an easy match as a mid-meal drink.

Get a bottle of sake from the brewer Kuheiji.
It has a refreshingly fizzy taste. As expected.
The taste is elegant and you can't feel the alcohol.
The first day after opening the bottle, it was of course delicious, but the second and third days were no different...in fact, it got better and better.
Is this the King of Kuheiji?

I managed to get my hands on a bottle of Omachi brewer's Kuheiji. I was told that it can be aged for multiple years, but I opened the bottle the same day I bought it.

The lid was too tight and tore my hand off.
The fruity sweetness is slightly increased compared to No.7. Slightly more fruity sweetness than No. 7, with a clean aftertaste.
