It is said to be a sake brewed slowly and carefully with strong koji, pure sake mother, mild moromi, and all five senses.
We got our favorite Akabu, Junmai Daiginjyo Yunokou.
It went down smoothly! I could drink it. It is delicious. No bitterness at all.
There is no doubt in my mind that Akabu is the best.
