I wondered if Senkou and United Arrows had a long history, but surprisingly it was shallow, starting in 2020.
I bought this one because the bottle is cute.
It's delicious, but it's almost like Sentori.
The taste is noble, crisp, and tight, with a firm ginjo aroma. The fragrant muscat flavor makes it easy to drink, and the smoothness down the throat makes you want to roll it around in your mouth.
The acidity and sweetness are well balanced, and the sourness brings it all together.
The high aroma sets it apart from other sake.
Best of all, the package is cool!
A gem to drink with an inokuchi (cup).
.
Here is another sake I received for my birthday in December. From a friend who lives in Nagoya.
It tastes noble and has a nice sharp taste.
Cold and sharp! Kukk!
The other day we had a rare snowfall in Ehime Prefecture.
During this too cold week, I enjoyed Rokune ruby with hot sake.
Rokune was a present from his father on his birthday last December. Finally, the bottle was opened.
For a moment, I mistook it for a junmai sake.
The rich rice flavor spreads in your mouth.
I drink it cold first, and from the second glass, I enthusiastically use the warmer I bought to heat it up. The second cup is served in a warming vessel that I bought with great enthusiasm.
Since it is the Year of the Rabbit, the second bottle for the New Year is a bottle of Tedorigawa's Rabbit.
Anyway, the bottle is long and thin. It was not able to fit in the refrigerator, so it was stored at an angle.
It is a delicious sake with a slightly dry aftertaste that cuts through easily.
The sake is very good.
I am sorry for the delay, but Happy New Year.
The first bottle of this year is Sengoku Hatsu Tanka Arabashiri.
I opened a few bottles during the New Year's holidays, but did not take any pictures, so here is the first review.
It is easy to drink, with a pleasant taste similar to that of a snowman. The flavor increases as the lees get involved.
I wish you many more good sake this year.
I bought it in time for Christmas, but decided to drink it after it had passed. I was thrilled to see the warning to open the bottle.
Sweet, this is almost juice.
The first melon taste I've experienced in sake. Slightly refreshing and easy to drink. Melon!
Merry Christmas!
My favorite dry Tsukibotan. Space deep sea yeast sake.
It is a crisp sake that goes down your throat easily.
I could feel the reserve of those who have experience in space.
I could see the smug faces of the yeast.
Akabu, the Great Work of the Soul No. 1.
I forgot to review it, but it opened in time for the World Cup soccer match against Croatia.
It looks solemn and cool when juxtaposed with Gokujo no Zan.
Slightly tingling raw sake feel.
Slightly sweeter and more floral than the Gokujo no Zan.
Slightly lingering but wonderfully clean sake.
Second bottle of sake, given to me by a friend of 15 years.
Laughing Four Seasons Theatre Empty.
The friend came to visit me at home and we opened the bottle together. It was too tongue-tied to taste, but it was refreshing and easy to drink.
It quickly became emptied.
Schwarzenegger and Muscat type. First time in Chiba.
This is quite good.
They say, "Spend time with your loved ones with a luxurious bottle just for the day.
Tonight is my birthday party!
We also got Sentori Yukidaruma, United Arrows collaboration version. (The regular Yukidaruma we had last time was also delicious, so we bought another bottle for a refill.)
It is still delicious.
It's refreshing and easy to gobble up.
But I couldn't tell the difference between it and the regular Yukidaruma...
I wonder if you can tell if you compare the two...?
Akabu, get the very best Nozan.
Sake brewed with passion, love and guts. Japan's national soccer team opens the season with a match against Costa Rica.
Slightly effervescent and easy to drink, it goes down smoothly. It is dry and refreshing. It is easy to drink. The aftertaste is short.
It is a very sharp and delicious sake.
But expensive!
Eirin-san
Thank you for your comment! I bought it with the selfish excuse that the price would be outrageous if I drank it outside...but it was delicious!
But it was delicious! LOL!
A collaboration between Tanaka Rokugo and Sengoku.
I have had Tanaka Rokugo once, and I was looking forward to this one because it was the type of sake I liked a lot. I was able to purchase it without incident.
There was no gaseous sensation, and it was like a plum juice. It was like plum juice.
The fruity acidity passes through easily, which is typical of Senkou.
It is refreshing and clean.
You can also smell the scent of wood.
A souvenir bought by my wife when she visited Hiroshima.
It was purchased at Yamada, a sake shop in the Tsutaya electronics shop at Hiroshima Station.
It has a clear, clean, fruity taste.
It passes down the throat smoothly and smoothly without any unpleasant taste.
I used to drink this when I lived in Hiroshima. It brings back fond memories of my student days in Hiroshima.
Sentori snowman.
The owner advised us to be careful because there is a hole in the lid.
The owner advised us to be careful because there is a hole in the lid.
At first, I did not shake it and enjoyed the supernatant part.
The refreshing acidity makes it very easy to drink.
When shaken gently, the 1 cm lumps of ooze are pushed up by the carbonation and look like snow falling. It is fun just to watch.
The flavor of sake increases. This is delicious.
The much talked about Laughing Four Seasons Sensation White was given to me by a friend of 15 years who visited Shiga Prefecture.
It is a mild and gentle sake.
It is neither sweet nor spicy, and it goes right into your body.
It is like a friend who has been with me for 15 years.
Sansation...
