It's expensive, so I want to drink it, but Aizan, the sake rice that I had avoided. Poor cheap sake... I appreciate and respect the fact that sake is generally very reasonably priced. I appreciate and respect it, and I think I understand it, but But when you drink it on a daily basis, there are some circumstances. It is still delicious! Full of sweetness and juiciness! I'm not very good at it and I always avoid Kakuemon I don't like the characteristic bitter taste. I liked Butterfly Effect. Recently, I finally mastered the technique of letting it sit for a few days. It's mellow after about 3 days After a while, the bitterness is still there. Polished 80 is amazing!
