I actually compared drinks this time! You can only tell the difference when you compare the drinks! Tastophobes like me... It's obvious, but it's totally different. I like this one much better! Not too sweet, acidic, good aroma. Basically, I prefer Junmai. I think I'm getting the hang of it...

crop I only remember Gen no Ji being delicious. I was not sure if I had ever had any of the others before, so I bought it. I was drinking it. I kept good records. Junmai Ginjo, sweet.

Purchased because it is sold only in Akita Prefecture Nowadays, you can get anything on the Internet. I've never bought it because of the shipping costs. I think Fukurokuju is the conscience of Akita. Compared to ICHIHAKUSUISEI, it has a stronger sake character. It has a strong and powerful flavor.

Thank you for your comment, Mr. Yama ☺️. I am not sure if this is accurate information, but this is the only bottle of Shinsei. It is rumored to be distributed irregularly only to supermarkets in the prefecture.... It would be lucky if we could meet ☺️.

From this year's Orihara to the Mellow Road Isshu... I think I drink all of them. This is the first time I have heard of Saito no Shizuku! The description at the store said it was somewhat spicy. I wonder if this is spicy... To me, all oriental beauties are sweet! I think it gets sweeter with each passing day... I won't know until I drink it.

My husband, who has a very strong pull, found it in a supermarket and bought it. The only bottle of Niimasa I knew it would go up! I heard it goes well with fruit. I went all out and bought grapes, kiwis, etc. As expected of Shinsei! It was delicious.

Yoemon's active nigori! I saw it for the first time and bought it immediately! It's already May, so it's been a long time. I buy it because it's Yoemon! Because it might be my favorite brewery! I was expecting a shabashwa bouche. I was hoping for a shwashwashwash bouche, but all I got was a "sh" lol I wonder how it really was! But it's still delicious. I love it!
