I have never bought much Sentori myself, and at this price range, it is even more of an unknown territory 😨.
I've always liked the taste of Sentori's Naturals series, so I thought, how about this one?
I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
Sweet mouthfeel, complex and full-bodied 🤔.
It has a hint of acidity, but also a lot of umami!
I don't find it hard to drink, and it goes down quite smoothly 😄This has a rice polishing ratio of 90%?
I'm really thankful to be able to enjoy a sake that I wouldn't have had the chance to try myself 😁I love sake recommendations from people who drink sake....
