The liquor store I work at recommended it so I was curious and bought it 💰.
I opened the bottle right away 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
It has a juicy mouthfeel and a slightly acidic sweetness with a slight aftertaste.
Grapes with low acidity? 🍇Anyway, juicy sweet umami image: ☺️
The acidity is quite moderate, I like it a lot 😊This is too good!
Maybe I'm personally a sucker for sake made with Harukasumi's Kameyama yeast? I also really liked the Wakimizu label.
