Following Hoshikai, we went to Qinghai! Refreshing, with a hint of alcohol. Freshly opened, shrieky and slightly effervescent, light and juicy, very soft and easy to drink. It tastes like a gorgeous champagne 🍸. Maybe I like Hoshikai better!

The aroma is interesting, I've never smelled anything like it in sake, it smells sweet like candy. Like pilkul or Moroccan yogurt, lol! But when you drink it, you will be surprised that it is totally different from the aroma. It has a schwishy, banana-like flavor 🍌. It has a juicy sweetness to it!

Last green natur🍐 of the season. Crisp and tart aroma like the top of yogurt When you drink it, you can feel the lactic acidity in a little smoky, and it's smooth and easy to drink. It's not sweet or juicy, but sour and refreshing (not dry or anything, but mellow). Looking forward to the next season, I tasted it deliciously!

I had to drink something since I came to Hyogo! I chose Banshu Ikkyo, a summer sake. It is a light cloudy sake with a little bit of orikura (a hint of cedar) in it, which makes it look cool. The aroma is like fresh pears or freshly cut apples, and the juicy flavor belies its freshness. The taste in the mouth is a little tingling, and when the alcohol passes through the nose, it tastes like pear juice. Delicious!

I went to the Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery and tasted the most delicious sake I have ever tasted. It was also available at the restaurant where we had dinner, so we decided to drink it. It appeared in a wine glass, and the first thing I was surprised by was the aroma of chocolate itself! 🍫. The mellow aroma of cacao was so strong while drinking it that I thought I was drinking cocoa. It was almost like drinking cocoa! The mouthfeel is very soft and the alcohol that passes through the nose is fluffy. There is no tingling sensation on the tongue, but the lingering aroma is amazing and makes you feel special 🍶. It is said that this sake is only available in Hyogo Prefecture, so I would be happy if I could encounter it again.

The juiciness, like muscat, is a real strike 😖💖. No acidity at all, love the light sweetness and freshness! I heard that they revived sake production 10 years ago after training at Toyo Bijin's brewery, so the machines and such used in this brewery were hand-me-downs from Toyo Bijin's brewery, lol! My first sake from Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture.

I didn't expect to see cherry blossoms yet~! 🌸 The aroma was that of a typical sake (vocabulary). I could smell more alcohol than usual Sengoku - nice aroma of rice 🌾. Juicy, sweet and sour like cherries, delicious ☺️🍒 Not too sweet, refreshing and easy to drink 🍶.

At CSW 🍶. The one I've been looking forward to for a long time, as it was the first time it was unveiled 🥰. The aroma is more light and less sweet than Sakura 🍶. The carbonation is strong and quite sparkling 🍶. Taste is refreshing and juicy with a touch of Senkou 🍈🍐🍎🍐🍎. But the sparkling was more stimulating and it was hard to perceive the subtle flavors too much lol. Delicious~! Love it 🍶.
