The difference between old and new sake is the roundness and drinkability, and I still don't understand the depth of old sake.
It is also called "Kanatsurae" (燗注誂), which means it is delicious hot!
I'm getting used to the taste of koshu, and by the time I finish a bottle, I find it's better to drink it cold and sipping it.
