Slightly mild aroma, light gasiness, slightly fruity and lychee-like? Very well balanced and very easy to drink!
I was surprised that the price was the most expensive ever, though the price was not listed in the store... not a good cost (laugh).
The special junmai was more distinctive and more to my liking.
You can't go wrong with the taste!

I bought it in the summer, but I didn't realize it was a year old... It tasted not so good, partly because it was a raw sake, but it was a good lesson learned. I would like to buy a new one when I see it and compare.

It has a sweet aroma of rice, yellowish rather than clear because it is an aged sake, a unique taste with a slightly strong bitterness and umami, and a slight (?) flavor. The taste changes even with temperature changes, and the closer it gets to room temperature, the more rounded it becomes.

Sweet aroma with a sense of rice, simple taste of rice flavor, delicious on its own, but also a versatile sake that goes well with all kinds of meals.
