It is Yamada Nishiki.
I bought this sake in February 2020 and left it in the refrigerator.
It has a yellowish color.
The aroma was very gorgeous, but I didn't get the pineapple taste like the Junmai Daiginjo I had before.
It was sweet and tingling on the tongue, and I wonder if this tingling sensation came from the acidity?
It's very tasty with a flavorful feel to it, but I felt that if it was more refreshing, it would lead to the next sip.
I'm sure it would be totally different if I drank it in its fresh stage. I have a bad habit of buying one drink after another, so I'm thinking today that I should try to avoid drinking it unpasteurized.
