This sake was purchased at the brewery.
It has a slightly yellowish color, and the aroma in the wine glass is hard to describe, but it smells like cooked rice.
When I sniffed the aroma in a wine glass, I couldn't describe it well, but it smelled like cooked rice. I can't really describe it, but it smelled like cooked rice and I wondered if there was alcohol in it.
I'm a newbie, so I don't know what to think, but I'm sure this is the type of sake that would be best served warmed up. The rest of it might be good to warm up (but it's the middle of summer and it's too hot, so what do you think?)
But it's definitely a good drink!
